We are involved in our communities and our kid's schools. We were entrenched in community based fundraisers...you know the ones? Candy, popcorn, wrapping paper.<br /><br />Kid labor...shipping...storage...waste...a lot of work...for what. $.35-. 50 on the dollar?<br /><br />There had to be a better way. We launched an ebased fund raising site designed specifically for community based organizations that allows them to more effectively tap into their communities...effortlessly!<br /><br /><a href="http://www.memsaic.com/">http://www.memsaic.com/</a><br /><br />The concept is simple. Organizations go to our site and within minutes create a "Memsaic" - a virtual memory wall - that is sent to their community. Members, friends and family, neighbors make donations by purchasing bricks on the Memsaic and upload pictures to show their support - <strong>mem</strong>ories captures in mo<strong>saic</strong> form. As the wall fills a community is showcased coming together in support a cause they care about - their local library; school; little league team. The Memsaic can then be presented back in Slideshow and CD ROM. Our goal is to use a little community based peer pressure to increase the effectiveness of efundraising. Our first beta-test had a 25% response rate.<br /><br />It is designed for organizations and/or cause champions who would raise money of behalf of an organization.<br /><br />We hope you check us out.
